“In my experience, managers and their teams are expected to deliver - on time, on target, and under budget. They must do this in environments that have conflicting priorities and zero tolerance for mistakes. My question for managers is : How much effort does your team put into doing the real work versus the ‘nonsense’ that distracts them?”
